Karar Ali Salem Ramadan (4 April 1998 – 4 June 2024), best known by his stage name C.Gambino, was a Swedish masked rapper signed to Warner Music Sweden.

Early life

Career

Hailing from Angered, Gothenburg, he first started releasing music in 2019. His first album Sin City was released in 2022. His singles "Automatic" and "Svar" reached number one on the Swedish charts. His collaborative EP M.O.B, with his fellow rapper 23, and his album In Memory of Some Stand Up Guys also reached No. 1 on the Swedish albums chart.

Death

Ramadan was shot by an unknown assailant in a Gothenburg parking garage on 4 June 2024, and died from his injuries the following day. He was 26 years old.
